TICKET CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
Once a ticket is purchased, a 100% refund is not applicable.
In case of cancellation for any reason, passengers must inform Customer Service.
Cancellation charges will be applied as per the policy below.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
5 to 3 hours before departure: 10%
3 to 2 hours before departure: 20%
Within 1 hour of departure: 35%
Note: Instead of cancelling, passengers may choose to reschedule the ticket for a later date.
RESCHEDULE CHARGES
5 to 3 hours before departure: 0%
3 to 2 hours before departure: 0%
Within 1 hour of departure: 10%
