If, for any reason, you are not able to travel with us, we invite You to review our policy on refunds.

Important Notice: Boarding Time is 30 minutes prior to Departure time. It’s obligatory for all passengers to be available for check-in 30 minutes to departure time.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

• “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to [MUSANGO BUS SERVICE CO LTD; MBS]
• “Service” refers to the either transportation of persons or of mails or of luggage.

• “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Travel Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your journey within and up till 1 hour before the planned departure time.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

• Meeting with the Branch Manager in person at the branch you purchased your ticket or other related service.

We will reimburse You immediately upon presentation of your reasons for your cancellation of journey. We will use the same means of payment as You used to purchase your ticket, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Other Conditions
Failure to notify us of cancellation within 1 hour of departure time, the following charges or fees will be applied;

• 0 – 45 mins to departure time 25% charge will be applied to the value you paid.
• At departure time, a 50% charge will be applied to the value you paid.
• After Departure of your bus, No Refund will be Applicable.
