If, for some reason, you do not wish to travel on this trip, please notify the customer service 2 hours before departure of the bus.
•⁠ ⁠Once a ticket is purchased, there is no 100% refund. In case of cancellation or rescheduling of tickets, please contact customer service. Note that charges will be applied between 10% - 50% depending on the time of notification.
•⁠ ⁠MUSANGO is not responsible for any undeclared and unpaid luggage.
•⁠ ⁠Passengers are responsible for their Luggage from Departure till arrival.
•⁠ ⁠If you arrive at the agency after departure, the ticket cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
•⁠ ⁠Please check other policies at the company premises
